My little chunky monkey can't make it past 3 hours, on the dot, to eat when she has been awake. So, i thought since she's 3 1/2 months old we could try some cereal to eat. Well, let me tell you, it was a hit. At first she wasn't too sure. She gave me this look like 'what the heck are you putting in my mouth mom?'. Then as time went on she was putting her bib in her mouth in between bites because she wanted more. She took a bit to figure out what to do with her tong, but figured it out. And then I'd give her some bottle in between to wash it down and then she was really confused because she had to do something different again. All in all she loved it. She's on the floor right now talking about it to that pretty girl in the mirror. Let's see how long she lasts until the next feeding. Ok, I know this isn't going to help her chunky-ness, but it will help me with buying formula and washing bottles. Yes, it's all about me!
The picture below is her passed out last night after a long day. She could not be more passed out on my lap. It was super cute. She weighed more than 15 pounds as dead weight.
