Wine Not Weekend

We took a trip up to wine country, Paso Robles, with Corie and Richard.  We rented half a house at Rio Seco Winery.  We had  a lot of fun, and drank a lot of wine. 

The beautiful view off the back patio in the afternoon.  So peaceful with a glass of wine in your hand.

Here we are at our first stop Tobin James. 

 This picture just doesn't give it the view, but it was amazing.  When I came out to the living room the first morning, I look out the back and see a hot air balloon floating by.  Right over the vineyard.  It was so amazing to see.  You could hear the hot air being pumped.  Totally awesome to see.

 We went to a winery called Sculptera.  It has all these amazing sculptures all over the property.  This one is of a cat.  I had to take the picture for Mary, my cat lover.

 And here are, one of our, two favorite winery cats.  Desperado and Vincent.  The most awesome cats, after Syrah of course. 

It was a fun relaxing weekend.  We laughed, drank wine, played cards, sat by the camp fire, and just enjoyed it all.  = )
